Alterations: A lace trim with ivory pearls and clear sequins was added along the neckline and above the skirt, with matching beading also sewn throughout the bodice. Bust, waist and hips were taken in to fit current measurements. Length was shortened. A three point bustle (with ribbons) was inserted. Label was removed to prevent from showing through the dress. Condition: Worn once. Has not been professionally cleaned. The outer lace fabric is in good condition with slight imperfections. The inner lining has visible signs of wear. There are faint dust marks at the top of the lace in the front and back / top two buttons. There are a couple of very small stains (1/8" - 1/4" approx.) on the lace bodice front. They are not noticeable when the dress is worn, only seen upon close inspection. The ruffles at the bottom have some slight fraying. The dress could use a professional cleaning and trimming of the bottom ruffles to make it look like new. In the dress lining, the underskirt bottom has a small snag and a tear (3.5" approx.) from the heels. There is a part where the hem stitching came out in the underskirt lining, and dust marks from brushing against the ground. The bodice lining has some discoloration. These flaws do not show since they are in the lining part underneath. * Additional detail photos are available upon request.
